AI Automation · Advanced Manufacturing · Architecture & Construction
In most manufacturing and construction companies, the real bottleneck isn't capacity — it's information. The right data exists somewhere, but finding it takes too long. Decisions depend on whoever happens to be available. And when a key person leaves, years of knowledge walk out with them.
I build AI and automation systems for advanced manufacturing, architecture, and construction companies — designed around how the business actually runs, not how software assumes it does.
Most AI consultants understand technology. I understand the work first.
I've spent years inside advanced manufacturing, architecture, and construction companies in the US — hands-on with large-scale robotic fabrication, CNC machining, 3D printing, and custom production workflows. That experience naturally led me into automation: systematizing the repetitive work, whether on the shop floor or on a screen, so people could focus on what actually requires judgment. Over time, that focus expanded into the office — working closely with management, estimating, and accounting teams to help them collect and surface the right information faster. Not to replace their decisions, but to make those decisions less dependent on memory, habits, and whoever happened to be in the room. I've seen what a company loses when a senior estimator walks out the door. I know how much time disappears into coordinating a complex project across departments with no shared system.
Growing up in Taiwan gave me a foundation in manufacturing precision and process discipline. Working in the US showed me how these industries operate at scale — and where the real gaps are. I work at the intersection of both.
I start with the business problem. The technology follows.
Designing intelligent workflows with n8n, Make.com, and Power Automate
Implementing robotics, CNC, and 3D printing to optimize digital fabrication
Developing parametric models and digital fabrication workflows using Rhino, Grasshopper, and industrial robotics
Building functional solutions with Python, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and low-code platforms including Power Apps and Power Automate
Designing intelligent workflows with n8n, Make.com, and Power Automate to streamline business processes
Approaching design and art with an advanced manufacturing mindset to optimize geometry, streamline workflows, and expand possibilities
I work with a small number of advanced manufacturing, architecture, and construction companies at a time — as a hands-on problem-solver, not an outside vendor.
